This warranty is limited to the original cost of the defective item and does not include costs associated with finishing, installation, removal, labor, travel, or accessories used in conjunction with LUXkbs Inc. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, installation, or exposure to high heat temperatures.

We require 50% down when placing an order for it to go into production. The other 50% will be paid when picking up the product or on delivery.
